Our commitment to the environment means that we use only eco-friendly materials for packaging, so you can enjoy your food guilt-free. Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of our items, we are unable to accept returns. However, we’re committed to providing you with the best possible service, so please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns about your order.
Cancellation: Orders can be canceled during the processing stage. Once the orders are shipped, it is not possible for us to cancel them.
Refund: In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, we want to know about it. Please check the package for any damages during delivery, and if you find any, take pictures and send them to us at [email protected] or via Whatsapp at +91 9988996040 within 24 hours of receiving your order. Our customer service team will examine your request and workout a solution that may include issuing a refund or sending a replacement, on a case-by-case basis.
